Rapper Candi B posted on social media an assertion that “a hoe never gets cold“, even when wearing revealing clothes.
This inspired a GOVERNMENT funded study which actually backed up her claim! At least it was British tax payers getting hosed and not the US.
In the study, published by the British Journal of Social Psychology, researchers found that women dressed in crop tops and tiny skirts outside of nightclubs on cold winter nights reported feeling no colder than women in warmer clothing.
When women wear sexy clothes and enter a “state of objectification“, said a researcher, “it reduces the “amount of cognitive resources they have available to appraise their internal states”.
Candi B was thanked for “her contribution to science.”
Now I am sure that publicly funded research around the world has conducted all manner of weird, outlandish and scientifically dubious studies.
But studying why scantily clad women don’t get cold…
