A reMarkable way I stay sane

I get this question a lot. How do you get it ALL done? Every month I:
  • Create two Mouster Classes
  • Write articles for 7 publications
  • Create 3 presentations
  • Cook dinner every night
  • Write two newsletters
  • Pick up the kids from school
  • Run 2, soon to be 3 coaching groups (DSNi Cast Members, The Wealthy Cleaner and soon a partnership with a friend for a mastermind for Family Fun Center owners
  • Run 4 trips a year to Disney
  • read 2-3 books a month
  • Read two daily newspapers
  • Own 5 businesses: DSNi coaching, Wealthy Cleaner, Carpet Cleaning, Oriental Rug Cleaning and a Mold remediation company
  • Do 3 one mile walks every day
  • Officiate swim meets
  • Write 2 books a year
And the list goes on and on. The key to being this prolific, this busy, operating at peak productivity every day is organization and planning. Every task / project is allotted a certain amount of time every month. For example, creating the monthly Mouster Class takes 14 hours, walking the dog takes 30 hours, etc. Everything is plugged into my calendar, sometimes months or years in advance. Waking and bedtime are scheduled. Meals are scheduled. Communication with the first two ex-Mrs. Morris' get ZERO time allocated. Keeping my brain from exploding are just two tools. Google Calendar and my reMarkable. I know, you are really disappointed... You thought I was going to have some whiz bang artificial intelligence droid working for me... Nope. I used to use notebooks. A notebook for this a notebook for that. My shelves were running out of room! Besides, it was near impossible to find anything in a notebook from 3 years ago. I am not sure how long the reMarkable tablet has been out, but I have had mine for 6 months. It has replaced all of my notebooks. It really feels like you are writing on paper. If you are a pen & paper kinda guy or gal, this tool is truly... well. remarkable. If you like your hand held device, Pixel or i-doohickey, this may not be for you. But it is worth checking out. I very rarely recommend tools or technology to you. But since the reMarkable has had such a profound effect, I thought you should know about. Check it out here: https://remarkable.com/
