The secret to instantly making more money is to value what you do and provide at a higher level – with the goal of charging premium prices for your products and services.
Most businesses do exactly the opposite... in fact, far too many of us position ourselves as “the discount option” – basically attempting to “Walmart” yourself.
Don't Wal-Mart Yourself
Now you might be thinking, "But look at Walmart, they are a powerhouse and one of the most successful businesses on the planet." That's true but it's also very short term thinking. Before Walmart came along, Sears was the #1 discount retailer, and then Kmart bumped them off, and then Walmart came along.
In EVERY market, there are people who want the best and will pay for it. Sure, some markets won't support super high fees BUT in those cases you can still be at the very top of the price scale for that particular market.
What holds most businesses back from getting the premium prices they desire has nothing to do with what their market will pay. It has to do with their mindset and their willingness to act as if they are a commodity.
