Disney’s Toilet Paper | Every Detail | Customer Experience

One of the key points that I belabor is your attention to detail.

In all of my trainings, I consistently talk about the need to focus on the details. They will make or break your business.

Every detail is either enhancing or detracting from the experience.

One detail Disney has not overlooked is their toilet paper.

Notice the "Boardwalk" stamped onto the paper?

  • Does Marriott do that?
    Hyatt?
    Motel 6?

Why would Disney take the time to stamp their toilet paper?

Because every detail is either enhancing or detracting from the experience. Trust me when I say this, no other hotel or resort is imprinting their toilet paper.

Why does Disney do this? For the 10% that actually notice.

Disney over manages every detail.

If you knew that focusing on just one detail would bring a financial windfall, how much more willing would you be to focus on it?

Where in your business can you enhance the guest / patient experience?

What details does you competition overlook, that you can focus on and create a huge ROI?

Remember, you won't profit unless you implement.
