It happens to a brand new vehicle the moment it is driven off the dealer’s lot.
Take a look around, and you’ll notice that it happens to a lot of things over time. It’s known as depreciation ‒ the inevitable devaluing of something, a decrease in its net worth.
In most instances it’s a slow process that happens over time ‒ months, sometimes years. But it happens no matter how well you take care of something, try to preserve it and keep it in good condition.
What about your customers, clients or patients. Is the value they have to you pretty much flat lining or worse yet slowly but steadily decreasing? Are the products or services you offer to them depreciating, decreasing in value over time?
