Disney bills Vance for the room block whether you show up or not, so there are no refunds.
What you have is a seat that transfers completely. If either of your schedules blows up between now and October, send anybody you want in that spot -- a partner, another manager, a friend who owns a business across town. Just tell us who's coming and they can attend in your place. The choice is yours.
