Service in this country is so bad… How bad is it?

It is so bad, that you (yes you, sitting there reading this) can offer above average service and still stink. Companies, and even people are becoming more distant. Even in his time, Walt was always trying to bring people together. He saw what is so apparent today. Today, texts, tweets and snaps have replaced phone calls and emails have replaced conversations. Technology is great, I get it. But it cannot replace human contact. When you lose touch with your clients or patients:
  • you lose business.
  • you lose friends
  • you lose customers.
And as a nation, even a world, we are losing touch, and as a result, service is at an all time low. However, it does not need to be that way. If you can begin to harness some of Walt's principles, you can excel and profit. In a world that EXPECTS disappointment and poor service, your connection with your prospects and clients will be noticed, appreciated and rewarded. Ignore your industry's benchmarks and adapt Disney's strategies to your business. You can begin by becoming a DSNi Inner Circle Cast Member, where I reveal the secrets I learned in over a decade working for the mouse. February's Mouster Class is very special. I am taking Inner Circle members on a deep dive in how to adapt Disney's model to your business.
