What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas

I am in Vegas presenting how to Disnify your cleaning or restoration business. For those of you who don't know, I also have a coaching program designed specifically for home service businesses called The Wealthy Cleaner Blueprint. There is a reason someone coined the phrase "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". I guess I have too much Disney in me, but the level of service here makes me like Grumpy.
  • Employees smoking in view of guests
  • Greetings grunted
  • One employee did not even make eye contact during our conversation, instead she was hypnotized by her hand held device.
  • The place is really dirty
  • 11 machines and 2 clerks at the front desk to check you in. (BIG lesson here: machines can't call in sick, don't need breaks and are cheaper than a $10/hr employee)
My entire experience here needs to stay here and never leave the city. A few years ago, Walt Disney World surpassed the average guest spend of ALL of the city of Vegas. In an effort to regain their #1 status, Vegas claimed they were trying to make this a "family" entertainment destination. But unless you want your children to be exposed to boozed up gamblers, hazy second hand smoke and $9 oatmeals, don't come here. ( I even saw a lady with a hole in her mask designed to accommodate her cigarettes!) There is nothing family oriented about the place. I think I have seen 3 kids the entire time. And that is ok. But don't advertise it. Don't advertise something you cannot deliver. Know who you are, who you serve, who you DON'T serve and go from there.
