What? You don’t own a roller coaster?

Well what the Donald Duck are you doing listening to me? I mean, if you don't have a roller coaster, nor a Cinderella Castle, nor movie stars... Why would you be listening to me about how to Disnify your business? That is the question I get all of the time "I have nothing in common with Disney, why should I try to copy what they do?". Well, my member of the Lost Boys (Peter Pan reference here), you have more in common with Disney than you think. You both have:
  1. guests/clients
  2. competitors
  3. employees
  4. vendors
  5. cost pressures
And you both want:
  1. happy clients
  2. competitors to be irrelevant
  3. employees to be engaged
  4. vendors to be reliable
  5. to be profitable
Think about it, many great advances in service and marketing have come from outside of our core industry or niche. The drive through burger joint was probable thought up by a burger joint executive, sitting in line at the drive through bank and wondering how he could get a burger in that little banking tube.
  • Shock & Awe boxes?
Same thing. They are used all across industries and niche's. But does that stop us from trying to adapt them to our business?
  • Answering the phone?
Just about every business needs to do that to stay in business. How do you do it to separate yourself from the competition?   Still a little stuck on how to adapt strategies from Disney and other industries into your business? Fear not my little Tinker Bell, I am serving it up on a silver platter for you. This months Mouster Class for DSNi Inner Circle Cast Members will show you exactly how to find, adapt and implement strategies found at Disney and other companies. I am going to reveal how I adapted these strategies into my own businesses (and those of my clients) for profit far and above the competitors. Look, if you have a closed mind, no imagination or lack creative synapses in your noggin, then do not join my Inner Circle. If you don't want to profit like Disney, me and my clients, don't buy this Mouster Class. But if you are ready to increase your profitability without working harder, the Inner Circle is for you. You can take care of that here: https://www.deliverservicenow.com/invitation-to-become-a-dsni-inner-circle-cast-member/ But don't dilly dally, this months Mouster Class goes into the DSNi vault at midnight on 1/31/21.
Remember, you won't profit unless you implement.
